Privacy Policy

Information submitted through inquiries

• Company name, country or target market, email address, WhatsApp or phone details.
• Product, quantity, project type, customization requirements, and other information entered in the inquiry.
• For OEM / ODM inquiries, an optional PDF or image reference file and its file metadata.
• For DIY Builder inquiries, the selected layout, products, modules, finish preferences, generated project files, and inquiry contact details.

Technical and security data

The service processes request identifiers, security tokens, and a one-way fingerprint derived from request network information for rate limiting and access logging. Application logs are designed not to include submitted contact details.

How the information is used

• Save, review, route, and respond to product and project inquiries.
• Generate and securely deliver Builder project files.
• Protect forms, uploads, and private downloads from abuse.
• Monitor notification delivery and reconcile saved inquiries.

Service providers

The production deployment is designed to use a private PostgreSQL database and may use Resend for inquiry email notification. Google Analytics is loaded only after an affirmative analytics choice and only when a Measurement ID is configured. The final provider list and hosting locations require business review.

Uploads and Builder files

OEM uploads are placed in private quarantine and are not made publicly executable. Builder JSON, PDF, and SVG files are stored privately and are available only through time-limited signed links. Exact deletion periods are not active until the business approves retention values.

Retention, access, and deletion

The exact retention periods, legal entity responsible for the data, applicable rights process, and deletion-request channel are still to be confirmed before commercial launch.
